Privacy policy

• Contact form. Your name, email address and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry.
• Analytics. Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, the kind of device and browser, rough location (city level) and how you arrived. It doesn’t tell us who you are. If you’re in Quebec, these cookies are only set if you accept them. Anywhere else, you can decline them in Cookie settings in the footer.

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

• Form messages are delivered through Netlify Forms to our email, hosted on Google Workspace.
• Analytics data is processed by Google and kept for 14 months.

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for our business records, then deleted.

You can change your cookie choice any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing hello@theria.ca.

Tools we build for clients, such as the client portal, have their own terms agreed with each client. This policy covers the public website only.
